Marlene Cullen-LeBlanc has been previously employed with the Government of Canada Pension Centre for 34 years. She has extensive experience in processing all casework in Active and Retired plan members services.

In the course of her career, she mentored and supervised staff in the processing sections, who were responsible for providing expert advice, information and interpretation on pension-related products and services to pension plan members, their survivors and compensation specialists; coordinated administration of staff activities involved in the delivery of the pension and insurance program.

 Marlene also performed needs assessments, conducted research and analysis in accordance with adult education theories, principles, and methodologies to identify requirements for and provided recommendation on new and/or existing training plans courses, pre-retirement seminars and information sessions. She planned, developed and implemented training evaluation strategies and programs related to Training, Development, and Learning. 

As an Outreach Officer, she provided pension plan information sessions for plan members across the country for over 20 years in addition to developing and implementing the pre-retirement presentations for Outreach Services. Marlene currently works with Pro-Results, a human resources consulting and training firm based in Dieppe.
