Ginette Morrison has held positions in New Brunswick and Ontario during her career. A professional with several years of diversified experience in supervision and management, her expertise is in training and development and with non-profit organizations. Since 2004, Ginette is the owner and consultant with Pro-Results, a human resources training, and consultation firm.

Ginette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a specialization in nursing, a diploma in teaching adult rehabilitation, she is a practitioner in accredited training, she holds a certificate in interpersonal communications and conflict resolution in the workplace, and she is currently working towards obtaining her certificate in management at the Université de Moncton. Ginette Morrison has also received training in several other areas. For several years, Ginette was employed with various organizations where she demonstrated her skills in roles of supervision, management/consultation, program development, human resources, and leadership. Ginette has demonstrated her passion for community development through her active role in planning and integrating several community, provincial, and national programs.

Dedicated to her community, she has been involved as a volunteer with various organizations and has been a part of councils and committees for several years.
